At Parvati Couture, we strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

All confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days.
During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, dispatch times may take slightly longer.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take additional time.

Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
For certain promotional offers, free shipping may be applicable (if mentioned).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website until it reaches you.

Currently, we are shipping only within India. (If you plan to expand internationally, we can update this later.)

Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly while placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.
In case of failed delivery attempts (if the customer is unavailable or unreachable), re-delivery charges may apply.
Any delays due to courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will keep you updated at every step.
