Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Size Exchange

If you face any size issue, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

For exchange, kindly send back the product with your name and mobile number mentioned on the package.

Exchanges are strictly allowed only for size issues, not for product style or preference changes.

Exchange charges of ₹150 are to be borne by the customer.
Returns

We do not accept returns on items once sold.
Damaged / Wrong Product

In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will replace it and ship the correct item at the earliest possible.
Conditions for Exchange

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.

An opening video of the parcel (from the first seal cut) is mandatory for both size exchanges and damage claims. Without this, we will not be able to process your request.
Order Cancellation

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Why Exchanges May Be Rejected

If the customer dislikes the material, colour, or finish. We strongly suggest reading the product description carefully and checking all images before placing an order.

Colour differences (10–12%) may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography. These are not considered defects.

Minor variations in finish, embroidery, or detailing are natural in handcrafted products and not treated as defects.

Exchange/Return requests are not accepted if the product has been washed, worn, or altered.

Products purchased during SALE / discounts / coupon offers / gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
